Riverside Blooms is a seasonal cut flower farm located in Western Lancaster County, PA. We specialize in growing high quality cut flowers for bouquet subscriptions, farmer's markets, DIY brides, and local designers.
I began growing cut flowers in June 2015 in our 1/4 acre veggie garden. In 2017, we were able to purchase a larger property and have now expanded our growing space to 2 acres. I received my B.S. in Horticulture from The Pennsylvania State University. After working in the horticulture industry for 15 years I began pursuing my passion for growing plants through cut flowers. Growing flowers and being in the soil everyday brings me joy and personal healing during difficult seasons of my life. My husband, Neil, and I enjoy camping, hiking, reading, and eating ice cream together. Besides being my number 1 supporter and farm mechanic, Neil teaches Agriculture Education at our local high school. |
